Over the course of one year, I developed multiple "how-to" guides for UPS Store 7651, aimed at improving the efficiency and accuracy of various in-store processes. These guides focused on essential operational areas: machine knowledge, ordering and pricing, printing duplex, business cards and wide format printing. By providing detailed, easy-to-follow instructions, these guides helped reduce errors, saved time, and empowered employees to perform tasks more efficiently, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and overall store productivity.
